About Me

My name is Ana Miller and I’m from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. I grew up in a multicultural household and on a farm. My father is from the United States and my mother is from Colombia, South America. Growing up, I was able to be a part of two beautiful cultures, that are very unique and different from each other. I have been a part of the Presbyterian Church for four years.

I am 20 years old and I have decided to serve with the Young Adult Volunteer program for a year because I want to grow in my faith and I would love to get to know a different part of the vast cultures of the United States.

Where I’m Serving…

For this year, I have been looking for something that I feel will really stick with me for the rest of my life. I want to learn more about myself and my faith, by being challenged outside of my comfort zone.

I’ve been partnered and working with a non-profit organization called St. Martin’s Hospitality Center/Hope Works, which provides resources, opportunities and hope to people experiencing homeless and near homeless population of Albuquerque.
